The grieving process after the death of a loved one, a separation or an important loss.
Grief is the natural response to losing someone loved; but when it lasts long and disrupts daily life, support may be needed. Everyone grieves differently; there is no right way to grieve.
In therapy, telling the story of the loss, normalising the stages of grief and meaningfully re-establishing the relationship are supported. Play and creative tools are used in child and adolescent grief.
