Burnout, job change and performance anxiety

Career and Stress Counselling

Stress management, burnout, boundary setting and career transition counselling for employees and managers.

2,000 TRY per session

Work stress can show up as sleep problems, restlessness and loss of motivation. Career and stress counselling helps you notice the early signs of burnout and build a sustainable way of working.

Our areas of work

  • Burnout, performance anxiety and fear of meetings
  • Work-life balance and boundary setting
  • Career transition, leaving a job and the stress of unemployment
  • Leadership stress and team management for managers

How do we work?

Counselling takes 6–10 sessions. In the first two sessions sources of stress, personal strengths and values are identified. Practical skills are then worked on, such as time management, breathing and relaxation exercises, cognitive restructuring and interview or presentation rehearsal. Sessions are held online or in the office, and after-work hours can be chosen.

Corporate programmes

For companies we run employee assistance programmes (EAP), stress management workshops and burnout awareness training for managers. Contact us for a corporate quote.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the first call free?
In the 20-minute call we listen to you and decide on the specialist and approach that suit your need. The aim is to spare you from paying before the right match is found.
How long are sessions and how often?
Individual sessions last 50 minutes and couple and family sessions 75 minutes. Most courses are weekly; frequency can increase during crisis or intensive work periods.
Is what I say really confidential?
Yes. Apart from a serious and imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected child abuse and a court order, no information is shared without your permission. Details are on the Ethical Principles page.
How long does therapy take?
The duration depends on the issue and the goal. Anxiety and panic may take 8–20 sessions, while working on deeper patterns may need 20 or more. We review progress together every 6 sessions.
Does a psychologist prescribe medication?
No. Medication assessment is the job of psychiatrists. When needed we refer you to psychiatrists we trust and share information with them with your permission.
