Temper outbursts, separation anxiety, school refusal and adjustment difficulties.
A child's behaviour is often the language of a feeling they cannot express. Behind an outburst there may be fear, behind a lie shame, behind school refusal anxiety.
In play therapy the child expresses feelings with symbols in a safe play environment. Parent counselling builds consistent limits, praise and calming strategies at home.
