Frequently asked questions
Do the sessions in a package expire?
Yes. A 4-session package is valid for 60 days, 8 for 120 and 12 for 180. A session counts as used if you booked it before the time ran out.
Can I change my specialist?
Yes. You can use the remaining sessions of a package with another specialist; if the fit is poor after the first two sessions, a specialist change is free.
What happens if I cancel a session?
Cancellations and rescheduling up to 24 hours before are free. For later cancellations the session counts as used.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. An e-archive invoice is issued for all payments. Private health insurance reimbursement depends on your policy.
